Spring Cruise Begins....

So here we aboard the jolly ship 'What a Lark' as the new season begins with our best boating friends Amanda & David (Not to be confused with Lisa & David who are the real owners, the other two think they are in a Boat Share syndicate), however here we are so as the four of us set off from our base of Debdale on the Leicester Arm of the Grand Union, the destination fixed but the route not quite.
So after unloading the cars, then loading the boat, stuff everywhere, we set off and due to delays of the "Bloody thing won't start" variety we finally set off and got twenty minutes down to the base of The Foxton Flight, my very Bestest favourite place, where we moored and went to Bridge 61 pub where the beer is too good to go past.
Home for a supper of Italian Eggs followed by dessert of Cherry pie.
Talk later.

So here is L to R David (Boat sharer) David & Lisa in the pub

I believe we passed each other at Braunston last year? Getting a signal seems to be the main problem just now! Thank you for your welcome.

  6. Witty and pithy Mrs Carr. You had better keep it up. Are you sure about the boat share bit?
